Tina Tara
I grew up as an intuitive yogi. At 6 years old, I practiced headstands when the energy in the family got too confused and wild. When I needed a rest from the whole family hustle I spend hours in nature by myself - meditating, connecting with nature, and just being in silence with me. I always sensed when animals or other people around me got sick, I sometimes knew it before they did. My intuition and skill of sensing and seeing auras was a gift I was born with. I feel, I can see what happens behind the masks we put on. That's why I dove deep into the whole topic of energy healing. My own spiritual yoga healing journey evolved into a new level of acceptance of who I am after I spend my first month in a Sivananda Ashram in Germany.
Sivanada and his whole concept of therapeutic yoga is my philosophy of teaching, educating, and guiding. Later on my journey I dove into the ayurvedic approaches and studied about the meridians, nutrition, the power of healing food and herbs, as well as oil treaments. I also spent a few years as a body and energy worker.
Over the last 10 years I have undertaken a vast array of trainings, workshops, and courses around the world in all things health and wellbeing related - ranging in topics such as meditation, quantum physics, energy healing, psychology, epigenetics, nutrition, natural healing and exploring the ever expansive power of love and pleasure.
I live and breathe the spiritual Yoga and Ayurvedic life, but am also always searching for a medical and scientific understanding to lie alongside what sometimes can be hard to measure or put into words.
Ayurveda and yoga has bought me a deeper understanding about the psychosomatic; the connection between emotional and physical pain, trauma healing and a connection with all the layers or koshas of my multidimensional self. It has also been instrumental in my own healing journey. I felt the deepest healing success after a huge motorbike accident. After this incident, the energy in my aura shifted.

I am passionate about trusting and tuning into myself and uplifting and teaching others to step into their own healing power and potential with love and acceptance, ease and joy.
One of my favorite beautiful beliefs is that the ocean is our best mirror - which is why I love working with women in the surf. Fun, strength, natural, clearing. Just be. Everyone can surf and step through their fear. Fears are thoughts made of false beliefs, blocks or old experiences. With fun and beautiful experiences you can overcome those fears.
Life is fun and we are here to be healed and healthy, to live the joy of our life from the deepest bottom of our heart center! Ready for this healthy work life balance? Just follow your heart and let your dreams come true.
I have lived in Nosara, Costa Rica for years and love my surf yogini life here. Coming from a strong hatha yoga background, I soothe myself and my students nowadays in bhakti. Music is taking more and more of a special part in my life and teachings.
Let’s spread those vata wings, ignite your pitta power, and trust the safety of your kapha roots!
